Oakdene's chosen area of operation is the South London Boroughs, Surrey, East Sussex, West Sussex and Kent. Though sites outside of this core area are still of interest to us.

Sites will be acquired on an unconditional basis, or on a conditional basis, subject to planning. Where a site is acquired on a subject to planning basis, Oakdene will carry out all matters relating to the application for planning admission and will cover all costs associated therewith.
